Music Monday: "Dropping the Bomb" by Beyond Decay!

Beyond Decay is a Crack Rock, punk, Ska-Core, and Reggae band from Ontario Canada and is no longer active but their music continues to influence many. Enjoy!

(Taken From Theri Myspace page www.myspace.com/beyonddecay) Since Beyond Decay's myspace suffered a capitalist take over, we're keepin' the music alive, and hope to maybe soon be putting out some new music for your ears. We're done with playing shows, we're done with making multiple different bands. Beyond Decay is an idea, and idea's can't be killed. We're going to put a link to torrents of our discography for all of ya'll to enjoy. Music is a beautiful thing that should be kept alive, and never erased. Unfortunately, the music industry has adopted such a commercial culture, that they've finally been able to market a 3 minute commercial in the form of the majority of music you now hear on the radio. Protest music is a powerful tool against oppression, it can uplift and pump fists, it's important that socio-political music stays around for a long time. Anyway, aside from bashing how sad music has gotten, this site is to show what four friends from the a negative place created something that was powerful and positive as an outlet for politics, for angst, for happiness, for the tough times, and everything in between.
